About HCJ

 HCJ was founded by Scott Hicks. Mr. Hicks graduated from Victor Valley College with AS Degrees in Computer Science and Math Science. He was an audio technician at a major amusement park and trained many employees how to perform audio tasks for clients and park shows. Mr. Hicks now uses his training skills to help people with their web development needs.

 All of today's web sites are written in HTML. HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. Many sites are 'styled' with Cascading Style Sheets, also known as CSS. Some sites are made dynamic with a scripting language called JavaScript. I decided to put HTML, CSS, and JavaScript together and came up with HCJ Web Development.
